Residence Club Sangineto

##Description
**Residence Sangineto** is located in the heart of the Riviera dei Cedri, a short distance from the beach and in a strategic area to discover Pollino, Aspromonte and Sila National Park. The beach, with sand and gravel, is about 250 metres away, while Diamante town centre, with the church of the Immaculate Conception of the seventeenth century, is 15 km away. Lamezia airport can be reached in about an hour and twenty minutes by car.

This residence, surrounded by 36,000sqm of Mediterranean vegetation, houses a residential complex with terraced buildings arranged over two levels and a central building with the main facilities.

Common facilities and services include a reception with an internet point and a TV room, Wi-Fi, a lobby with a bar and a conference room. It also features a bike deposit, a disco and a children's play area.

The outdoor area features a garden, a terrace, a pool bar, two swimming pools, including one for children, and a solarium equipped with parasols and sun loungers.

The Mini Club staff organises daytime and evening entertainment for children aged 3 to 13 years.

The sandy beach, which can be reached on foot, is equipped with an umbrella, a deck chair and a sun lounger per apartment (see Card Club). A shuttle service (fixed schedule) is available on request and at an additional cost.

The Club Card is free from June to September and includes beach service, daytime and evening entertainment, use of sports facilities, Mini Club for children aged 3 to 13 years.

Sports lovers can use a tennis court, a five-a-side football pitch with synthetic grass and table tennis equipment.

A free and unattended car park is also available.

##Apartments
Residence Sangineto has 130 apartments, including:
-Studio apartment 2 to 3 people: a living room with a double bed. An extra bed is also available
-One-bedroom apartment 3 to 4 people: a living room with a double sofa bed and a double bedroom

The apartments, simple and functional, include studios on the ground floor with a patio and a small garden and one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor with a garden corner or on the first floor with a balcony.

They all have bathrooms with shower/bathtub, satellite TV, a fridge with a freezer, air conditioning and a fan. Kitchenette on request, not included in the rate.
