##Description
**Aba Village** is located a stone’s throw from the beach and a short distance from the quaint medieval town of Scarlino, in the green Maremma in Tuscany. The new marina in Scarlino is 1 km from the complex. The resort is strategically located for exploring Uccellina Natural Park and Monte Argentario. Cala Martina beach is about 5 km away. Pisa airport can be reached in about an hour and twenty minutes.

These apartments are part of a recently renovated complex surrounded by green vegetation. The reception is available according to scheduled hours.

The pool (available from mid-May to the end of October) is surrounded by a large solarium equipped with parasols and sun loungers.

Sports enthusiasts can choose among several activities, as golf courses, riding schools, tennis schools, boat rental centres and windsurf schools are located near the resort.

Free Wi-Fi in the common areas and a free and unattended car park are also available.

##Apartments
Aba Village offers different types of apartments, for a total of 27 apartments, including:
-Studio: an open space 31sqm large, with a double bed and a sofa, a small terrace with garden table and chairs or a furnished and covered loggia
-One-bedroom Apartment: about 40sqm large, they consist of a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom. On the ground floor with a private outdoor space, or on the first floor with a covered and furnished veranda
-Two-bedroom Apartment: 53 to 60sqm large, they consist of a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. On the ground floor with a furnished outdoor space or on the first floor with a furnished outdoor loggia.

All apartments have a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, TV, a kitchen with an oven, a fridge and a freezer, heating and air conditioning. Studio bathrooms do not have a bidet.
